What is soft washing? Is it safe?

Yes — soft washing uses low pressure and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to safely remove algae, mold, mildew, and dirt.
It’s the safest method for siding, roofs, and delicate surfaces.

Will power washing damage my siding?

No. We never use high-pressure on siding.
We use a safe soft-wash method that cleans deeply without causing damage.

How often should I wash my house?

Most Fairfield County homes benefit from a house wash every 7–12 months, depending on shade, moisture, and algae growth.

ROOF CLEANING (SOFT WASH)

Why does my roof have black streaks?

Black streaks are caused by a bacteria called Gloeocapsa Magma.
Our soft wash treatment safely removes it and prevents regrowth

Will roof cleaning damage my shingles?

Not at all — we use NO pressure.
Only soft, controlled application of cleaning solution that restores and protects your roof.

BOOKING & PREPARATION

Do I need to be home for the service?

No — as long as we have access to the areas we’re cleaning and an outdoor water source (if required).

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Just make sure:

We handle everything else.

How fast can you schedule me?

We usually offer same-week service, especially during peak season.
Snow removal is based on storm timing.
